BioFence has been produced by Environmental Research Corps since 1993. It is the only erosion control and sediment barrier to win an EPA - Environmental Protection Agency - Innovation in Environmental Technologies Award.

For years, we have sold BioFence to contractors, homeowners, governmental agencies... The recent demand for green products, for environmentally conscious products, and for environmental solutions that blend economic vitality with environmental sense - has caused us to look at better ways to distribute our biodegradable silt fence.

We have settled on two levels to distribute BioFence - referral or direct warehouse stocking. Our guidelines to direct warehouse distribution follows below. Please go to the Referrals page for information on that level of BioFence distribution.

In order to become a BioFence distributor, we ask that you order and purchase 100 rolls of BioFence to stock in your store or field location. We will sell the BioFence to you at the agreed-upon factory price per roll, and require a 50% deposit to initiate the process. The balance will be due in 30 days. We suggest that you use our suggested MSRP which gives our distributors a reasonable profit level (please contact us for details - email) . You are free to set your own retail price. ERC will also provide you with initial marketing literature.

Simplified Distribution Agreement
BioFence

This document is to serve as a simplified distribution agreement between Environmental Research Corps (ERC) of East Freetown, Massachusetts and (name) of (location) with regard to the distribution of Environmental Research Corps' EPA award-winning product - BioFence.

ERC agrees to supply (name) at their stores of their choice with 50' rolls of BioFence regular. ERC will provide BioFence in units no less than 25 rolls per store with an initial distribution and stocking requirement of 100 rolls for the factory price/roll. (name) may sells the BioFence rolls at a retail price of their choice with ERC recommending a minimum retail price as discussed per roll.

To initiate this distribution agreement, (name) agrees to purchase from ERC 100 rolls of BioFence for its agreed upon locations. (name) will pay ERC a 50% deposit for the production of those rolls with the balance due 30 days after the delivery of those BioFence units to the (name) stores. Order refills to the stores will be no less than 25 rolls per delivery with payment due within 30 days. ERC will provide (name) stores with advertising literature for BioFence.

ERC retains all rights to BioFence, and either party can terminate this agreement upon written notice to both parties.
